It is fairly clean, exceptional hotel and the staff is very supportive. Well-appointed and beautifully decorated rooms come with very comfortable beds etc and a bathtub and coffee. Also, the location is decent, minutes from Soho. The in-house restaurant in the property is elegant, has excellent dishes. Would like to go back there again if I go back to London.

Great and fantastic location close enough to the Theatre in the afternoon, Covent Garden with the stunning Christmas lights and good restaurants and shops. Plenty of fabulous food at breakfast time.

Value for money was excellent and the room was spacious and lovely. The hotel is perfectly located near Covent Garden and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The breakfast selection could be improved.
